Much of Caritas’ unique strength comes from the combined power and commitment of its worldwide members and supporters. In times of crisis, Caritas Mongolia can call on hosts of volunteers to support our emergency response. In long-term development, and in Caritas Mongolia’s role as a provider of day-to-day love and hope, volunteers also make a crucial contribution. Have you got the skills and empathy to contribute as a volunteer at Caritas Mongolia?
When you volunteer to help people in need, your practical and compassionate actions can make all the difference to them. But that’s not all. Being a volunteer can open your eyes and change your mind as well. It can bring a deeper meaning to your life, a stronger sense of purpose.
Currently, we are looking for volunteers for the following positions:

| Manager (STC) | Currently, we hope to improve the quality of our Skills Training Center (STC), as well as ensure its sustentability in the future. Thus, we are looking for a volunteer with real-life experience in managing a team of trainers and improving their output. |
| General Assistant (DCC) | We are in the process of developing our Day Care Center (DCC) as a kindergarden follwing the Montessori Methodology. Because of this, we are in need of volunteers who have experience with such methodology and are able to help our teaching initiatives. |
| Agronomist Trainer | As part of our activities concerning agriculture, we hope to constantly add to our team agronomists who are experts in the field, with the role of promoting the capacity-building of farmers. |
| Fundraising Manager | We are looking for a seasoned professional in the domain of fundraising for non-profits, both in and outside Mongolia, so that CM can play an even bigger role in social improvements. |
